Most dry clean items are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours. Depending on stain treatments, it may take up to 48 hours before your items are ready for pickup.
In some cases yes, but it all depends on what time your items are dropped off. Droping off your items closer to opening hours increases the likelyhood of us returning them to you the same day. Contact a location for more information.
If you received a damaged item from us, we will follow through with a reimbursement, and go as far as to purchase the same item from the manufacturor and return it to you.
